Dispatch Protocol

All CREEX Drops are hyper-limited. Once successfully secured, your order enters our logistics queue immediately. Standard fulfillment occurs within 24-48 hours. You will receive a tracking manifest via email the moment the shipment leaves our facility.

Global Logistics

• Domestic (USA/EU): 3-5 Business Days.
• International (Rest of World): 7-14 Business Days. Customs processing times vary by sovereign state.
• Duties: All international duties and import taxes are strictly the responsibility of the recipient.

The Finality Clause (Returns)

Due to the extremely scarce nature of our drops and the precision of our manufacturing, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyers remorse or sizing issues. Please consult the Size Guide prior to securing your allocation.

If a garment arrives with a defect proven to be a manufacturing error, you hold a 7-day window from receipt to contact the Inner Circle support protocol at support@creex.shop.
